About Shaedes

The third release from Canada’s Night Vision comes from the mysterious duo SHAEDES, the brainchild of Edmonton producers Gavin Delainey and Michael Mannerow. Their debut EP draws influence from both west coast bass culture, and the UK’s thriving garage scene. The title track is a dark, sensual, and provocative club jam, pushed along thoughtful terrain by deep basslines and haunting synths. “It’s only recently that this kind of music has gained traction in our city,” Delainey notes. “People are starting to move away from the in-your-face EDM sound and exploring the deeper side of dance music. It’s exciting to be a part of it all.”
